Quality Control sucks

When I received my adjustable bed and opened the box screws fell out. The holes were stripped out when trying to put screws back in. The massage made a deafening noise when turned on, not to mention other problems. With that said I contacted Ghostbed and they sent me a new bed. I'm afraid to open the box because it's torn and ripped and the straps that hold the box together are gone. At 67 years old I just can't wrestle with this box also, at 100+ pounds it's extremely hard to work with, and I have no idea what I'm going to do with the broken bed. I can't move it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I like the adjustable base but when I used the zero gravity it worked one time ... then I tried it again and now it does not work.

the adjustable base is great it can be adjusted so that you are sitting up comfortably , and you can adjust the legs also. it was very easy to set up. the remote makes adjusting very easy and it has presets plus a user programable preset and a built in flashlight. the bed also has lights under the frame and also usb outlets on both sides of the frame great for charging your phone, tablet, etc.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We are more than grateful to buy this adjustable base, it is very relaxing to be able to have your body in a resting position and at the same time relax with the vibrations of the massages, excellent purchase we recommend it.
