Looked to the GB 3D Matrix to provide a cooling stable bed without being too firm and the matrix nails this. Added the adjustable frame sheets and while pillows are very subjective and I have tried many the GhostPillow is well crafted and perfect for side back sleep. The cooling affect is great I do not feel the need to adjust the pillow to find the cool spot so it does work add some cooling cases or risk with no case. If you have foam mattress and have pain in morning do yourself a favor and look into hybrid mattress and the Matrix GB is excellent choice. Good luck

Set up was extremely easy. Love the ease of the bed as it raises the foot or the head. Well worth the money. Had a problem with the wrong mattress being sent but they r correcting it. 1 remote works great the other remote doest work so good. They r replacing it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Bed and frame arrived separately. The frame arrived first and seven days later, the mattress arrived! I assumed when you ordered a “set” both pieces would arrive together?
The mattress is like sleeping on a marshmallow. I called to complain about how soft the bed was, and I was told to remove the mattress and walk on it to remove air, and to repeat this process over the course of several days. Okay, nowhere in the “instructions” (on the side of the box), are you instructed to walk on the mattress over a period of several days, before installing it on the frame. I walked on the mattress a few times a day over the course of a week, and then drug the mattress back on to the adjustable frame, and saw little improvement. Also, there are no handles on the outside of the mattress, and I live alone, so removing a queen sized mattress from the frame by yourself is quite challenging.
I must wait 30 days to return the mattress, and I’m like a little kid counting down the days before Christmas. I cannot wait to be rid of this mattress! If you weigh 95 pounds, it might be a great bed, but I do not. I’m 5’11” and weigh170 pounds.
If you sit on the side of the bed it collapses to the frame, zero support. I sleep in the middle of the bed. The remote control is great, and the lighting/ illumination feature underneath the frame is nice. The massage feature is a joke, as the mattress absorbs the vibration and whatever movement you feel is very, very subtle.

My husband and I got the split king. I have since added a 2 inch foam topper and it is perfect for me. My husband likes the mattress just the way it is! I love the adjustable bed! I’ve had some issues with back and hands going numb so being able to elevate my head and my feet a little bit has been phenomenal! My husband also is sleeping much better! Koko the dog likes it too!

Additional, additional legs needed

I'm finally getting around to installing the leg extensions. I guess I didn't read everything because I need additional legs to fully elevate the bedframe. The height would be perfect when able to use leg extentions.

My morning aches and pains quickly disappeared. The bed was more firm than expected but is very comfortable. Love the adjustable features, the lights and the massage feature. Once it turns off your whole body tingles and sleep comes fast. The cooling is great but the mattress cover does impede its effectiveness slightly. We have carpet so the 2 bases don't shift at all. Set up was super easy. The mattress had no smell and we could sleep on it the first night. Very happy with this purchase!
