best way I know how to describe it. I feel like I'm in a water bed, whether I roll over or my dog jumps on the bed, there are after waves. If you have a partner, I'd imagine you would disturb one another throughout the night

Wasn't sure what to expect with purchasing a bed online. But Ghostbed has been great. The customer service is superb. On the website I read and researched each mattress, took the 'bed quiz' and chatted with a sales representative in the online chat, and decided on the Flex. It took a while to adjust, a few weeks, wasn't sure at first, but now I look forward to going to sleep and Thank God for my bed every night. I had a an Enso mattress before, and it was great and had served me well, but it was 12 yrs old and I was unable to find the exact one to replace it. So after lots of research on different sites I found Ghostbed... I loved the story of how Marc started the company and what he represented, and read the reviews....and decided to go with it. Marc - Thanks for making a great product and being the leader of a genuine and trustworthy business !! Michele : ) XO +

Ghost bed

The mattress is far more comfortable than my last one (purple) but, I was a bit disappointed. It’s very hot and sinks a lot. The delivery was a joke. When I received the bed via fedex the box was completely destroyed cardboard barely hanging on luckily the mattress was ok. I expected better customer service. Warranty is a joke.

I expected more cooling...

I was excited to receive this mattress, I was impressed by how well it was packaged and how easy it was to assemble. However, I'm disappointed that it doesn't have much of a cooling affect. I order this mattress because I heat up while i sleep, but this doesn't help at all. I would only recommend to those that are not expecting a cooling mattress.
