Product okay. Super Slow Shipping.

It took almost two months to get it, despite claims of "super fast shipping." Credit card was charged at time I placed order even though they knew they couldn't fulfil my order when it was placed. Upon unpacking the topper, it smelled bad -- this was expected, but it took three weeks before it could be tolerated so that it could be used. I'm not sure it could be considered cooling, but it definitely was not hot like the previous topper we had. Definitely makes for a more comfortable sleeping experience than our mattress which was too hard -- the main reason we bought the topper so I guess that was good. Main reason I'm giving it two stars is because of the length of time it took to ship and the three weeks it took to "off gas."
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

expect to get another few years out of this guest mattress by attaching the memory foam topper. easy to install and very comfortable.

Ghost Topper not worth it.

Waited 2 months for the King sized topper. Very disappointed in the product. Does not stay cool, around 2” thick at best, more like 1 1/2 “ thick. Very cheaply made product, that we paid twice as much for than the Molecule. Web site says 10 to 15 days to ship, took around 60 days. No test trial or return on this product, I knew why as soon as I open it and saw how thin it was. Using on top of a brand new extra firm Sterns and Foster, to give a pillow top with cooling. Will be replacing as this is not the answer for someone who has had back surgery.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I like the way the whole thing was handled. It was easy to order, it arrived all intact with great instructions, I love the way it fit the bed and has yet to be moved about on top of the bed, especially with the cover they provided. The quality of The material and the bed covering, it’s heaviness and ability to spring back to the original shape was very impressive.

Sleeping in puddle of sweat

I have a disease which causes night sweats. I've been searching for memory foam that also helps reduce sweat making the sheets wet. This product claimed to be particularly good for this. WRONG! With this it's like sleeping in a swimming pool.
The memory foam is very good not excellent.

I bought this for my teenage daughter who gets tremendously hot at nights. She reported that this has helped her stay cooler. Says it is very comfortable.
