The topper, which took two months to arrive, is great. I am a side sleeper who gets overheated on a foam mattress or topper. This one is not too hot and is very comfortable all night long.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Cooling mattress topper

Although the mattress topper provides the extra cushion and support I was looking for, I’m not sure it has the cooling effect that is advertised. The mattress pads cover is what is advertised as “cool to the touch”. That’s great, but it’s under my fitted sheet. I read the information and knew what I was purchasing, so I’m fine with it. I just don’t understand why it’s consider a “cooling topper” when there is a layer between. Overall, the topper meets my needs.

slow AF delivery and lack of communication

topper quality is B- at best. The advertisement for "lightning fast delivery" is a joke. Also very poor communication on shipment progress after the order was placed. Had to contact support 3 times for updates and info received was not accurate. IMO the product is overpriced...
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great product, terrible customer experience

We waited over two and a half months for this product. The whole process was disgusting with how the company handled it. We were upset that they had falsely advertised the processing and shipping timeframes and whenever we called for any type of update we were met with “we don’t know”
The product once finally delivered 60 days past the promised timeframe is a good product, but buyer beware if you’re expecting your purchase in a timely fashion
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
