I think I am still adjusting after about 2 weeks, but I'm sleeping much deeper with more dreams. The one thing I'm not 100% on is the level of sink vs the level of bounce. More bounce back would be

First, I love that it smells like Rosemary. Second, it does an amazing job of supporting my head whether I am on my back or sleeping on my side. I will be getting another for my wife!

I don't like the pillows. They are comfortable offering good support. But they have a very strong unpleasant chemical smell left over from the manufacturering process

The best is great. Firmer than we were expecting but we still are happy with the purchase. The Ghost pillows however are a different story. They are too thin and no support.

I am so glad I bought this pillow. While I wouldn't say it keeps me a lot cooler, it certainly has helped my sleeping. I don't move as much in my sleep, and wake up more refreshed.
