With all the reviews seeming very positive that this pillow was actually different than others that advertised being cool, I was once again very disappointed. It starts off nice but ends just as hot as all the others. Not worth the price.
I was also very disappointed I had to call them to find out my pillow order would not get to me for 3 months! If I hadn’t pursued them, I would not have found any thing out. I also was promoted to use a third party app to find out about my product status/shipping, etc. it really gave me no relevant info that made it worth using.
Over all I went from hopeful that this company and product were going to be different to very disappointed & worse with the lack of communication, and that they ended up like all the others.
The only thing they communicated well was the constant email ads telling me how awesome there products and service were, while in reality this was not backed up.

Awful smell, slow delivery, not that comfy

1 - took over 30 days to arrive
2 - smelled like chemicals for a week after opening them out of the package and had to air them outside multiple times
3 - customer support kept telling us they would arrive and they didn’t come when they said they would
4 - too firm and uncomfortable
5 - just get these types of pillows locally, no reason to wait

My ghost pillow came in a very nicely packaged box. Once opened and began using it is the perfect softness. With the natural cooling it has helped me sleep better. I can’t stand a hot pillow and this is not that. Would purchase again.

Great pillow, long shipping

The pillow is good. I would like it a little firmer but it's hard to know when ordering. It did have a smell at first but that went away within 48 hours. My husband loves and and steals it often. It does stay cool so there is no flipping it over and that's important to me at my age! My only issue with my purchase was the 7 weeks it took to get the pillow. The "ships in 24 hours" is very misleading! It was so long I finally wrote an email asking if my pillow was being hand stitched by a small child and that was what was taking so long. Other than shipping, it's a great pillow and I think it will last me a very long time.

Excellent memory foam pillow. Most comfortable pillow I have ever used. Not to mushy not to firm nice and cool too. It’s like a instant relaxing cradle for you head.

Ordered the ghost bed memory foam pillow cause I tend to sleep warm and hard to find a comfortable pillow for side sleep and have purchase atleast 7 pillows in past year and none quite fit the bill I'm a firefighter paramedic and have been for 20 years now and have had some back and neck problems from injuries the ghost bed memory foam pillow unfortunately took over a month to receive due to supply shortage during pandemic but was well worth the wait and money it's cool to the touch an keeps you cool it pulls heat away from your head and it's just right thickness and feel i am happy with it and plan on trying the ghost bed matrix mattress soon.
I would recommend this to a friend!
