Comfort for those of us with metal in our head/neck area

A MVA in 2015 left me with a fractured C-2 neck vertebra that nearly killed me. Short story, thanks to a great surgeon(s) and a lot of hardware, I am able to get around well enough to work a little. Only thing is that I was never able to lay flat on my back. This pillow has been the best I've found-light weight , just right in the firmness department, never getting too hot. Best of all, I can sleep on my back or sides, without any impingement on my neck. I will be ordering another matching Memory Foam to match mine for the wife, as she has a cochlear implant in her skull, and finds most pillows irritating. I'm confident she'll like the Memory Foam!

I love my GhostPillow. My neck no longer hurts when I wake up. I love the cool side of the pillow. If you are a side sleeper, you will love this pillow! Hurry get yours!

Love the firmness of this pillow—also, it does stay a bit cooler than previous pillows! I would highly recommend this pillow for those who do not want a night of pillow flipping—have experienced more restful sleep in the last month which I attribute to the Ghost Pillow!

It creates serious neck pain for me! I can't see how anyone would like this pillow? It's more like a firm block of tough memory foam than a pillow.

the pillow case earned a 10 in my book. first time ever with anything silk and love it. even with the ghost pillow inside it I am ecstatic over waking up without my head pounding Thank you for an awesome combo there. Richard Roth

Feels nice but no support

I really wanted to like this pillow. It felt comfortable at first, but for me personally it just didn't work. I used it 3 nights and every morning I woke up with a headache. The support just wasn't there. I did return it and it took 2 months to get a refund.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Overall it's a very plush pillow which I like. It has quite a bit of support as well though and has a quick rebound when depressed. This makes it easy to readjust if necessary throughout the night. It stays relatively cool as well which is always a plus. The only downside is that the pillow cover is embroidered and you can feel it through the pillow case but the cover is easily removed from the pillow. I've slept better, since I got it and overall, I would recommend this pillow for someone who wants a soft yet supportive pillow that stays relatively cool.

This is the best mattress I've ever owned. I broke my neck almost 13 yrs ago. I wake up with no pain and sleep soundly
