This pillow is great, extremely soft and pretty firm. The benefits to have this pillow will make ur shoulder and back feel great.

Unfortunately this pillow collapses after you start using it.

2 week break in needed

Background...I had a firm 7 inch tall memory foam pillow from the sharper image that held my head up a little. Switching to the ghost pillow I have found it to almost be like laying on the mattress...but it supports my neck. This all being said after about 2 weeks I have found I am sleeping better the comfort level is great now, but took all of 2 weeks to like it an now I love it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I came across this while I was browsing for a new pillow and figured I'd give it a shot. I am so glad that I did. It definitely surpassed all expectations. It is beyond comfortable and I find myself sleeping better and waking up with less neck and back pain. Plus shipping was super quick.
