I ordered a pillow for stomach sleeper and the pillow is to thick so get a neck pain using it so it's now on the floor back to old pillow

I have been looking for a pillow that stays cool/cold and thought I found it but after about 2 weeks I had to turn it over then over again when it was cold/cool again.It is soft, and the firmness is good after a week or so.
The smell is strong, I let it air out for 14 days, which interferes with the warranty.

These pillows are great! The right height, very soft, and stays cool. Stop hesitating and just buy it, it’s worth it!

The smell was so bad

The smell was so bad I haven't, been able to use it. I had to put them in a garbage bag with bounce laundry sheets and wrap them to see if the smell from it can be absorbed. Don't waste your money.
