Its the best piilow I've ever bought. Just the right amount of firmness and softness. The pillow keeps cool during the summer as well.

Thanks to this pillow, my husband is sleeping so much better. His neck no longer hurts and he has stopped snoring, which has helped me to sleep better as well.

I really like my Ghost pillow. It is best pillow I had in years. The only downside is that I find it gets a bit warm during the night.

Pillow had very strong toxic odor that never disappeared

The pillow was comfortable but we couldn't keep the pillow because there was an awful odor that resembled feces that wouldn't go away despite airing out the pillow for 4+ days. Customer service was great for refunds but we couldn't keep the pillow due to the smell
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
