The Ghost Bed Pillow is the best one I’ve ever owned and is definitely worth the money. I’ve had it for a little over a month now and it still retains it’s firmness and provides excellent next support. I love that it’s the perfect amount of firmness, while still being a little plushy.
I would recommend this to a friend!

It took me a night or so to adjust to the pillow, but I now fall asleep faster, and no longer wake up from sweating or my head getting over heated in the middle of the night. A definite improvement from my pillows in the past.

Down or Foam?

I normally use down pillows. I got two foam pillows with my bed and I'm giving them a try. I love down pillows, but they have to be fluffed every day to get a consistent result. The foam pillow is easier to use and holds its shape.
I sometimes read in bed and stack pillows to prop myself up. So, even though I'm using the Ghost Pillow, I still have the down pillows for other purposes.

Good, but still not what I need

I loved receiving the pillows, beautiful packaging. I've now slept with them about 3 weeks and I keep reaching for my old pillows, which are flatter. For me, if they were about half the puffiness, they would be perfect.
