I bought two of these and am really enjoying them. They provide just the right amount of support and stay cool throughout the night.

Not all it's cracked up to be

I thought it was time I to jump into the memory foam game and see if I was missing out. I don't think it supports my neck very well and I would say if anything it sleeps a bit hot compared to traditional pillows. I'm a back and side sleeper and I've woken up a few times with a sweaty neck, this has never happened to me before. This is the first memory foam pillow I've owned so I don't have much to compare it to in that arena. I'm trying to give it a few months to see if there is an adjustment period but I'm pretty sure I'm going back to a traditional pillow. As others have mentioned I also had to let it air out for 2 or 3 weeks before I could tolerate the smell.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

A little firmer than expected for a memory foam mattress

The mattress that we replaced was way too firm, so this Ghostbed mattress is much better, but still a little firmer than expected for a memory foam mattress. We probably need a little more time to know how we like it...

I’ve only had the bed for about 3 weeks now, but I’ve notice a few things. First and foremost, the shipping process is woefully inadequate. I purchased a Cal King mattress, mattress protector, and 2 pillows. Each of them shipped separately, and each had their own tracking number, which is great. They were never accurate on their information, which could probably be chalked up to the shipping company. When the mattress arrived, the box was pretty beat up. Maybe the shipping company employees get tired of handling these boxes and treat them like junk. Whatever the reason, it was not good. The other shipping problem is the box weighs over 100 lbs and THERE ARE NO BUILT IN HANDLES! Completely unacceptable, especially when you have to take it up a flight of stairs. The next problem is stability. I have been on bed rest for the past 2 weeks, due to a work accident, therefore, I’ve been in the bed A LOT. There is little to no support when you sit up. I know beds are for sleeping, but many people like to sit in bed and read and watch t.v. It’s not comfortable for this AT ALL. The last thing is the edges of the mattress. There is no support at all, so when you sit on the edge of the bed, perhaps to put your shoes on, you sink considerably, which is also not comfortable. As far as sleep, it’s pretty good. Maybe with a few more nights of sleep, my comfort level will improve.
