I tried the ghost pillow and prompt returned it. The pillow is shipped beautifully in a box and sleeve to protect it and smells deliciously of lavender, but the pillow itself is too soft and flattens out to nearly nothing when laid upon. My husband joked that maybe that's why it's called a "ghost pillow!" Lol! I need more support than a flat pillow as I'm a side sleeper. I'm told the mattress is nothing like the pillow so we may try that- except shipping costs for returning the pillow were quite high, so we may not risk that with the mattress. Thanks for letting me try!

Been looking for a good pillow for quite some time. I've spent money on plenty of pillows that never worked out. Came across this amazing pillow and I could not be happier! This pillow is great for my neck and isn't hot at all. Never going back to any other crummy pillow. I am a GhostPillow user for life!!

I bought 2 of these pillows for my teenage son. He absolutely loves them! The only reason that I gave it a 4 star review was because of the smell the pillows had for the first week or more. My son did not mind, however I am very sensitive to smell so this would be a deal breaker for me. Maybe if I left them somewhere to air out I could make it work.

In the words of my husband, "I like it." We purchased two pillows with our queen size ghost bed and have slept great since then. Pillow is super firm but easily softens and allows for a great nights sleep.

Awesome pillow!

This is just about the comfiest pillow ever - it's soft but still supportive. Only thing to be aware of is the one we got had a very strong (but not unpleasant) odor when opened. It's faded over the last month from perfuming the whole room to just being noticeable when one's head is on the pillow. Our Ghostbed mattress only had a faint smell when first opened, so maybe it was just this particular pillow...Other than that, it's fantastic!

The mattress and pillow have eliminated tossing and turning. No hotspots or pressure points. Sleeps cool and comfortable. I'm a 260 lb. side sleeper and very satisfied.
