[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really love my new Ideapad!! I received it rather quickly and I love that the packaging was so minimal. My only complaint is that sometimes I lose access to the touchpad and it took me a minute to unfreeze it. When I reached out to chat help, the rep I was speaking with was very rude and condescending.

2. Click on "Windows Update"

1. Launch Vantage which is already installed on your system (please search for "Vantage" on your task bar)
2. Click the “Check for System Updates" button
