I was able to get the Classic Joe to over 550 degrees and sear some rib eyes to perfection. I love this grill

Bought this over the Big Green Egg because of the better features. Kamado Joe has a lid lift system the Egg does not. Joe has a better thermometer built in and comes with the side shelves. Also comes with the stacking variable grate system. Very happy with my choice to go with the Kamado Joe over the Big Green Egg.

I love my Big Joe! The quality of the ceramics, hinge, gasket and flexible cooking system are great. I can hold low and slow or high temps with minimal effort. I highly recommend it

I've had my Kamado Joe for just over a year. It is a fantastic investment. It's fun, kind of a production at times, but also there's an art to it. Meals are fantastic! Everyone loves what we have cooked - from fish to chicken to beef to pork. Can't say enough good things about it.

I own 3 Kamado Joe grills. The classic is a staple and one of the best ever Kamado ceramic grills. The quality and ability to cook on different surfaces at all temperatures is incredible. I cook all year round and will never go back to gas!
