[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I grew up with a Dad who built his own big smoke house on his farm, so I was accustomed to having the most yummy smoked things known to humankind. Well, he lived in Arkansas and I moved to Colorado, so I was on my own. I tried an electric smoker - no good. But then I got brave and bought this - life changed! Now I can have yumminess whenever I want - and my neighbors like it, too. Everyone should have one of these!

I did some research on how to use before I did my first smoke, and have been gaining more confidence as I go. What a fine piece of equipment, took my BBQ to the next level. Trust me if you are thinking of buying one, don't hesitate, you will not be sorry.
