Love the versatility!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love my KJ Classic II. The versatility makes it almost impossible to find a meal you can't cook. I've now made Pulled Pork (8 hrs at 200 degrees) all the way to Smashburgers (2 minutes each side at 550 degrees) to the perfect filet (6 minutes after searing at 650 degrees). Just gave my son-in-law one as a wedding gift and he's already mastered it too!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am 90 days in and could not be happier. The temperature control is spot on and easy. Food is a next level experience now. Less char, more moisture, more flavor, it makes the wife happy. The multi level cooking brings a level of flexibility that I have not known with other grills. I should have done this 10 years ago. I apologize for being late to the party.

God, I miss it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had this grill for 3 years. I bought it as the center point of my outdoor kitchen that I built. Lump charcoal and wood chunks only. Alot of work but the attention, and love of detail... So worth it. Got divorced and lost the space for it. I gave it to my best friend who continued on.
Love this company and would do pellet from them for convience (mid 50's now) as my next endeavor. Thank you KamodoJoe. I've sold 3 more customers to you after losing mine. Keep up the amazing products.

Takes just a few minutes longer for dramatically better flavor and food quality. Almost nothing you can’t cook on with Joe. Also tried every cheap brand of lump charcoal but nothing but Joe XL lumps from now on. Joes always!
