I would recommend this grill to everyone. I am not a super experienced charcoal operator but, it was pretty easy to learn. I have cooked some great food and don't ever think I am going back to my gas grill ever again. This thing does it all!!

Sometimes I think she regrets the purchase because I want to cook everything on it. From low and slow ribs to searing steaks to fish on the soapstone to pizza to rotisserie roasts and now to stir fry in the wok you can’t beat “The Joe”.
