Only one regret

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I only regret not getting the series 3. I have had a kamado joe 2 for three years now and use it close to three times a week. I've always enjoyed grilling but the Joe turned that into a love.
I've used the warnty a few times. The process was easy and fast even though I moved to a different state.

Its remarkably versatility, efficiency, and has exceptional heat retention. The Kamado Joe offers a unique cooking experience, enabling me to grill, smoke, bake, and roast with remarkable precision.
The divided ceramic diffusion plates allows for different heat zones within the grill. This system enhances the grill's versatility, enabling me to cook different foods at various temperatures simultaneously. The multi-panel firebox reduces the risk of breakage and allows me to use it for use all year round, and even in the harshest conditions. And the top and bottom vent control system allows precise airflow and simplifies temperature control.
Whether I'm smoking brisket at low temperatures for hours or searing steaks over high heat, the grill excels in delivering extremely consistent results.

LIke an outdoor oven!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Kamaod Joe grills are great for outdoor cooking. You can "season" your food with a little smoke, cook low and slow for hours, sear and bake. Want to cook breakfast? No problem.. just throw on a cast iron griddle flat side up and your read to cook. I really enjoy outdoor cooking and just hanging out while cookiing.

I'm in Love

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have studied and researched every Kamado out there for the past 8 years. I have a pellet smoker as well as a gravity smoker/grill. I was hesitant to lose that digital control. I thought it would be too much work and too unpredictable. I was so wrong. I love my Kamado Big Joe. It does it all and it does it better. No more replacing circuit boards or other small moving parts to keep my smoker/grill running. No more fighting to maintian temp during cold weather smoking and grilling. Once you get that temp dialed in my Big Joe holds it for hours and hours. I will never go back to anything that requires a power cord. Kamado Joe has me for life
