Awesome grill / smoker

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had the classic 2 before i moved. Learned how to smoke briskets, pork and beef ribs. Used it to make satay and grilled fish. Everything always turn out very delicious. Made new friends and existing friends closer. Everyone loved how all the food turned out.
Cleaning was a breeze. Was very durable. Unfortunately it is very heavy. I miss my kamado :(

My life totally changed when I got a Kamado Joe

From smoking ribs to making paella i got it with the Joe. It is so easy to control the temperature. From slow and low to hot and fast the Joe does it for me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Success on my first Pork Chop, Chicken & steaks. I studied YouTube. Leaned how to start fire, place hand on outside shell for temperature control, used a meat thermometer with lid shut. Great product.

Better than I imagined!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have dreamed of owning one of these for years, my old grill failed last year, and my family gifted me the Classic II for Christmas this year. I cannot tell you how much I like this grill. The quality of the build is so far above what I have been using that I could not imagine it being made so well. I have been so impressed... my charcoal use has actually gone down, this thing is so efficient on fuel. I have already purchased additional accessories and although I have made some cooks already I have yet to fully explore the possibilities! The slow roller accessory really seems to impart a deeper, cleaner smoke finish to my cooks and the heavy charcoal basket is built like a tank! My old basket is wire mesh by comparison. Overall, I am very pleased with my new Joe and look forward to decades of fine eats produced by this very well made cooking machine!

Perfect grill

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my the classic Joe II about 5 yrs ago. I couldn’t have made a better purchase in my life! This grill is, by far, my favorite in my outdoor collection. I have used it every weekend since I bought and as just excited to use it as I was on day one. The only difference is now I have more experience with it. Just this past weekend we made smoked oyster with a garlic butter hot sauce topped with fresh grated Parmesan cheese. Everything we cook on it comes out amazing!! Thank you kamado joe for making the perfect grill to allow my creativeness to flow!!
