Best meats from the Kamado

I had always wanted one but couldn't really justify the expense when i already have a typical silver smoker, a 4-burner potable grill/griddle, a custom made small grill and a pellet grill.... all of what i use monthly. Well that changed once i cooked on the Big Joe! Wholly Molly, what a taste. Now i have bought a blower, temp gauge package and I use my Joe nearly every week. The meats cook evenly, smoke is intense and I love the set it and leave it abilities similar to my pellet pit.

Favorite New Hobby!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve always enjoyed grilling, but never had a smoker. My wife got me one for my birthday two years ago and it has been wonderful. It was one of those presents that you didn’t know you wanted, but it turns out you did. The reverse seared steaks are the best I’ve ever had was really surprised I spoke turkey is better than my fried turkey.

Great for all cooking outdoors

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve done pizza, pork ribs, pork shoulder and all the classic grill foods. Mild learning curve for ceramic heat control, but once you learn it, you can cook in any weather.
