This Big Joe series II really holds the heat. The first time I used it was around 25 degrees outside with a 15 mph wind. The temperature never wavered. Very easy to maintain temperature. The beef tenderloin was cooked perfectly and tasted amazing. I can’t wait to do some other meats on it. It’s the perfect smoker.

Almost 400 Cooks and STILL Going

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I knew nothing about Kamados when I bought my Joe, but YouTube, Facebook and common sense has helped me with close to 400 cooks. Pizza, steak, turkey, chicken, brisket, pulled pork, smash burgers and more…my Joe handles it all and makes it easy. The size of the Classic is just right for my wife and me and also when the grandkids come over. My advice? Keep track of your cooks…both your successes and your oops. You, too can reach 400 cooks and still be going strong.

The number of different accessories not only make this product suitable for so many different uses, but adds a layer of fun by discovering different methods of cooking.
