The best grill ever

I love the flexibility to go low and slow for a brisket or butt or go hot and fast for a pizza. Accessories are great too. I have the DoJoe, Joetisserie, 2 soapstones, cast iron grate, cast iron griddle, cast iron sear grate and the wok. All work great. I especially like the soapstones. It's great for fish. Better than the green one, the hinge alone is worth it. Buy it you'll like it.

All I could think about was how much time it would take... In reality, it has become a stress reliever for me. It has helped me slow down. I am so glad I purchased it!
