Love my Big Joe II !

Had it for a year now and won’t use anything else from now on! The flavor is just different regardless of the cut of meat . Very easy to manage the temperature. Had Pizzas last night and were amazing !

I bought this grill a few month ago. Cooking on the grill like this is more of an art form. It took me a couple of burns without food to get the temperature regulated correctly. Once I got that figured out I realize that there’s a lot more to it like humidity of your fuel plays a factor in burn times and temp. I try and cook on my grill at least once a week it is a total blast the food is absolutely amazing. It is my goal to master this girl I feel like once you master this grill there is an a grill that you can’t run. You won’t be disappointed in the purchase

Great Kamado

I’m using this kamado for 2 months now. I used to have a kettle grill and what a world of difference. The way it holds the temperature and the way to control it is perfect. The space on the rack is also big enough.

Best smoker on the market!!

I have owned this smoker for a little more that a year and it has exceeded my expectations. One of the best features, is the ability to "slow" cook my beef brisket, pork ribs, pork shoulder (pulled pork), turkey and chicken. The Big Joe retains the heat for a long time and the deflector plates are amazing. I use the Big Joe Lump Coal and it burns perfectly for my needs. Easy to start and lasts a long time. The Big Joe is easy to clean when I am finished and the grates look brand new after a years worth of use. The lid is very easy to work with as my wife and son also enjoy using the smoker. Great product! Thank you

What a new world this grill brings

I love this thing, it makes everything and is so easy to use. Smoking pork butt is my fav and pizza night every sunday. I can't beleive i wne tso long without one. My old smoker and gas grill are fully retired (one went right to the street). Lot's of great on-line videos on how to use this thing, i especially like the pizza lessons on the KJ youtube channel. A+ customer service, really that means a lot.
