Happy smoking, grilling and for sure eating!

Love my classic Joe. It’s become an obsession. While a seasoned grilled the smoker is a new world for me. Loving it though and having a big crowd for Super Bowl. The Kamado itself is fantastic and trying out all the different techniques is a great way to whip up some yummy meals

Great Grill

Bought a Series II a couple years ago - this was the single best purchase I made that year. I absolutely LOVE this grill and should anything happen to it, I will be buying a replacement ASAP!!! Before mastering this grill it was like I wasn't even really grilling.

I have owned multiple smokers and nothing compares to my big Joe series 2. I personally enjoy the steps of firing this up with lump charcoal, and the amazing smells and taste of the meat that I smoke almost
weekly. My neighbor and I had a cook-off one weekend as he owns a pellet smoker and after our taste testing, he sold it and bought his own big Joe as he said, it just didn’t compare to his. The Kamado Joe’s are the best on the market hands down!

I went from a gas grill to a pellet grill, to my Kamado Joe Classic II. This grill is AMAZING. The food tastes so much better. The steaks and burgers are juicy and the sear amazing. I’ve made a pizza and have done a 12 hr smoke. It does take a little bit of practice to get the temps right, but once you do it is easy.
I have a grill for life.

Always makes great tasting food

I bought my Classic Joe in 2010. We liked to grill and I wanted better taste than what the gas grill provided. We get tenderloin steaks that are about 2 1/2 inches thick at the store. I learned I could get the grill as hot as 700 degrees and cook the steaks 3 minutes on each side then close it down and leave them in for 3 more minutes and they would come out perfectly seared outside and medium rare inside. I’ve had many compliments on them. My sons wanted them for their birthday every year so I bought them each a Classic Joe for Christmas 6 years ago. I’ve done pretty well with ribs and butts as well. We love our Kamado Joe and the flavor we get!
