Great and versatile

I love my Kamado Joe! It allows me to do anything, including smoking brisket, grilling steaks, and roasting turkey.

Favorite Grill

Brought the grill last year to smoke some meats, but intended to continue using my gas grill as my main grill. However, I find it just as easy and to use the Kamando for all grilling, and you can’t beat the charcoal flavor. The coals heat up in 15-20 minutes, so not much longer that preheating my gas grill.

Go Big Joe

I have had my Big Joe since may of 2022. I love everything about it. I like how it holds heat and makes killer pulled pork and chicken. I bbq two to three times a week. I've used my Joe in the dead of winter and it did just fine.
My only complaint about my Joe is the spring hinge. The plastic that connects the dome to the base broke and has caused me all kinds of problems. If it were not been for the hinge I would have given five stars. I do love my Joe.

My big Joe is a hobby. I do everything from low and slow brisket (225°F) via great seared steak (600°F) to wood-fired pizza oven at 800°F. The service from KJ is fantastic, and whenever I needed repairs or advice, I got them at the speed of light.

I've had this several years now and use it multiple times a week. So easy and versatile. Great for high heat grilling as well as low and slow. You can quickly learn the vent settings. Set it for a long cook and go to bed. It'll do as told. Plenty of great accessories to expand its versatility even more. It's just plain fun and yields great food. I have a Big Joe III too. I did extensive research before buying which showed KJ to be the best.

So Versatile

Had my Big 2 for 4 years…love it. Had a WSM and this offered so much more utility….smoke, roast, grill, sear - you name it, Big Joe does it. Have smoked a full brisket and 2 rack of ribs - capacity is amazing….tons of accessories. Holds temp like a champ, adjustments are minimal. Can do 18+ hour smokes without having to add fuel. Wouldn’t go back to gas or WSM!

I bought the Kamado Big joe a month ago and love it dearly.
I cooked my family Easter Breakfast and Brunch on it.
My family love all the grill and smoke items that were prepared.
I know cook all my meals on this grill along with the attachments.
