I enjoy doing the work to smoke a brisket, a pork shoulder, chicken breasts, sirloin or filet steaks, and more. It grills chicken, and fish, pizzas, and veggies like a champ! Well done Joe!

I have been doing some research on the Kamado for a few weeks on and off and planned to buy one this coming spring. I knew exactly what i wanted and happened to stumble across it in January so i bought it ahead of time. I'M GLAD I DID. I have already had a few very fun cooks. The kamado has really brought the FUN BACK into outdoor cooking. This is a flavor that you get from NO other grill.

There is such a great community of people online that have helped me pick up grilling and smoking so quickly. I have yet to really have a letdown. All cooks have been great and the food is unlike anything I have ever had off a grill before at home. Smoking ribs is easy. Reverse sear on a Ribeye, easy with the divide and conquer racks!
