Missing piece cannot assemble

Can't recommend because I'm not able to use it. Bought a month ago and still waiting a critical piece to complete assembly. Frustrating when you pay this amount and you can't use it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Everyone now comes expecting the best bbq experience that’s better than most restaurants. We receive nothing but compliments from the food cooked with my kamado. Even those with pellet smokers agree, that nothing beats this beast.

Never been successful with regular charcoal grills but have mastered this Joe and have turned out some of the most delicious meals! I know it is primarily men that grill but I am a woman griller and proud of it!

Able to dial in the temperature with more accuracy after a few trials. It’s a great product. Slowly introducing thier accessories and all great pro as well. Highly Recommend!

I absolutely love the versatility of this thing from smoking low and slow all day to hot searing capabilities of 6-700 degrees for steaks. Nothing beats that charcoal flavor. I’ve had a propane grill before and this thing hands down just wins

Big Joe II is very versatile and I'm loving it
