Loving summer with my Classic Joe 2

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Finally moved up to Joe from multiple gas grills on advice of wannabe chef son. Takes just a few minutes longer for dramatically better flavor and food quality. Almost nothing you can’t cook on with Joe. Also tried every cheap brand of lump charcoal but nothing but Joe XL lumps from now on. Joes always!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a Kamado Joe Classic 2 and have been cooking on it for years, I've made everything from rotisserie chickens, ribroast & turkeys to pizza on this kamado Joe. I've smoked briskets, pork butts & ribs and it all turns out amazing. Definitely could use the electric smoker I would love to start making videos about the new electric kamado joe. I've posted many pictures but have not done any videos yet.

Excellent Temperature Control

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been grilling since 1985 using charcoal kettle grills only. 3 years ago I purchased a Kamado Joe Classic II to get into the smoking scene. This smoker has allowed me to quickly sharpen my skills in smoking food in a very short period of time. This is due to the great temperature accuracy and stability. I have literally left my home for 5 hours only to return to my smoker which has not moved by 1 degree Fahrenheit! I am now the neighborhood go-to for backyard barbecues. I highly recommend this high quality trouble free smoker.

I can cook anything from steaks, fish. chicken and even pizza. Everything comes out A one! I have even smoked a brisket or two with amazing results. i highly recommend it.
