Everything Tastes Good on my Big Joe

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my Big Joe Series II a few months ago and I have totally enjoyed cooking on this thing. Everything tastes amazing with great smoke flavor. It’s efficient and easy to clean. I love the versatility of being able to divide the two halves between smoking and grilling. Not having to add charcoal during a cook makes it worth every penny. My family and friends can’t wait to taste what I’ve cooked on the Kamado which has included Chicken, Pork butt, Tomahawk steak, salmon, scallops, ribs, brisket, corn on the cob, broccoli, and zucchini

My first grill

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have never owned a grill before being either in school or single living in apartments where grills weren’t allowed due to fire hazards. Been researching for months and jumped on the Kamado Joe classic 2 as my first grill. While more than other models it is something I plan to have a loooong time in our house. I have cooked pizzas, fish, shrimp, steaks, sausage, pork, brisket and corn. Everything turned out amazing and better than any restaurant we used to frequent. We are now excited to save money, eat quality food at home and I get to develop skills as a grill master. Once managing temperature controls with the vents it gets pretty easy.

Love the versatility!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love my KJ Classic II. The versatility makes it almost impossible to find a meal you can't cook. I've now made Pulled Pork (8 hrs at 200 degrees) all the way to Smashburgers (2 minutes each side at 550 degrees) to the perfect filet (6 minutes after searing at 650 degrees). Just gave my son-in-law one as a wedding gift and he's already mastered it too!

Less char, more moisture, more flavor, it makes the wife happy. The multi level cooking brings a level of flexibility that I have not known with other grills. I should have done this 10 years ago. I apologize for being late to the party.

God, I miss it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had this grill for 3 years. I bought it as the center point of my outdoor kitchen that I built. Lump charcoal and wood chunks only. Alot of work but the attention, and love of detail... So worth it. Got divorced and lost the space for it. I gave it to my best friend who continued on.
Love this company and would do pellet from them for convience (mid 50's now) as my next endeavor. Thank you KamodoJoe. I've sold 3 more customers to you after losing mine. Keep up the amazing products.
