Excellent Air Flow Control !!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have owned my Kamado Joe now for several years, and I absolutely love the air flow control that allows me to extend the lower temp cooking time that I so want when cooking big pork shoulders, rib racks and poultry. Great attention to construction detail where it really counts on these beasts. Especially the excellent assist hinge for the KJ lid unit!
