[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had my Kamado Joe Classic II 6 years ago, and I have used the heck out of it! From wings in my Joetisserie, to sous vides steak finished cave man style right on the coals, and a 12-15 hour brisket that was amazing! This thing rocks!

Great Features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I compared The Joe to the other one, you know, the green one, and there's no comparison. No question many similarities but The Joe has features that stand out. First, the hinge. Three items sold me on The Joe, the hinge, the Control Tower and the Expandable Cooking System. When I compared these features sold me on The Joe.

Perfect at holding temperature

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this grill after watching several videos about cooking low and slow. Prior to this grill I was using my custom offset for long cooks and had to load it up with wood all night. Now I can load up the Kamado, get the temp right, and get a little sleep. I have a separate temperature monitor to alert me if the temperature goes out of range. So far no need to be alerted.

Great BBQ/Smoker/Pizza Oven/Everything

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have owned the Classic Joe with the spring hinge for over 4 years. I have done all my outdoor cooking on this from Chicken to Steak to smoking Turkey / Whole Brisket / Boston Butt. I love taking the temp up to steak searing temps and cooking a great rib eye or doing a long and slow smoke in the dead of winter. Hold the heat and moisture very will during a long smoke, much better than the old Drum Smoker I had. The multiple level for direct or in-direct is also great. Any warranty issues I had were solved quick and without issues. Just can't say enough about this thing.

Perfect Smoker

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased a Big Joe II after considerable research into ceramic Kamado smokers. I was rewarded with the most versatile smoker in the market. We’ve cooked every conceivable meal on it. Breakfast, lunch and supper. Fried eggs, pulled pork, brisket, veggies, and baked goods all roll of the KJ. I can’t imagine life without it!
