[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought a Kamado Joe Classic II 3 years ago. It does an excellent job smoking a brisket. It was so good! I made a whole chicken and it was so tender and juicy. Made baby back ribs and they turned out so tender. I really like the hinged lid that is easy to open up. I highly recommend the Kamado grill!

The ultimate cooking machine

Assembly was eays, you just need some strong people to help move it around, but once on wheels, moving is a breeze. I can smoke 3 racks of St Loius ribs at a time. I col d go on and on, but just do it. You will never regret.

Love this grill

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It takes a little learning, and some TLC, but man is it fun to cook on this thing. I absolutely love the accessories, too. I much prefer this over my gas grill, and MAN can it smoke some meats.
