So reliable for holding consistent temps for longer cooks and smoking meats, and we also use it quite a bit as a traditional charcoal grill option for burgers or anything else that's not an hours-long process. Love it!

I was intrigued by the story and design/operastion improvements over the BGE. I have loved my design. The simplicity, design and cook just work. Love to load the box, fire it up and enjoy my Kamado Joe cook!
