Does hot/fast and low/slow cooks equally well and was easy to use from the start. Minimal maintenance required and included all key components to get started right away. Owning this product has been a joy & it’s opened up a ton of new culinary horizons. Absolutely recommend!

I’ve had probably 500 cooks on it and it performs perfectly. The more I use it the better it works. This is an awesome machine and you’d be crazy not to pull the trigger and get one!!!
