The grill is fantastic. It’s expensive but worth the money. Temperature control takes some getting used to but the quality of food is unmatched

This thing made me a better cook...PERIOD! I have smoked brisket, beef ribs, tri, chicken, etc...and you can’t beat the flavor. There is no way you can oversell a Joe!

In the previous 3 weeks since I purchased I haven’t been disappointed with anything. Multiple steaks, pizzas, sausages and chicken. Extremely versatile, easy to set up and use. All around extremely happy customer. Can’t wait to get more accessories for future cooks!

The Right Equipment!

I have had my Big Joe for a few years now and I was extremely happy to find out that I wasn't a bad grill cook, I just had the wrong grill. I had honestly stopped cooking steaks at home because the time and effort was not worth the results. I will never forget seeing my boys eat their first steak off the Big Joe and no lie at 10 years old and 13 years old they each ate what had to be a 12oz steak. My oldest never really enjoyed steak and now he ask for "Steak on the good grill". But its not just steak everything cooks better off a Joe. So don't be intimidated that is runs on charcoal and doesn't have a control knob it is so easy to control the temperature you wont want to cook on anything else. And to make things even easier get your self a quick light torch, I can get my Joe up to 700 degrees in 15 minutes, faster than any gas grill I have ever seen. I will always have a Joe, and judging by the quality it will probably be the one I already have.
