I upgraded from a lesser kamado, to a classic ll. I have it for three months now. I have smoked, grilled and baked on it. Could not be happier.

A Whole New World of Cooking

I bought my KJ last summer. I didn't use it through the cold Canadian winter and I can't wait to get started again! There certainly is a learning curve when it comes to temperature regulation etc but the effort is well worth it.

I bought my Big Joe several years ago and built it into a cooking island shortly there after. All because of how versatile and fantastic it is. I even have a mini now for when its just my wife and I.
