One for the productivity and CAD

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] working with macbook pro retina mid 2014 via thunderbolt and via hdmi.. at native resolution.. no issues !!! love it.. its what my macbook needed.. the weight is great, using it with NB North Bayou Monitor Mount,Fits 4.4 to 19.8lbs Computer Monitors, Adjustable Stand with Tilt Rotation Swivel Function, Desk Mount F80.. no issues.. the curvature is minimal and is just right for CAD work just enough to spot objects out of peripheral vision with out massive head turning and - no issues so far. Office work is ideal, I stacked three word docs side by side for edits, then with PDFs and later with spreadsheets.. ideal for spreadsheets with ALOT of tabs.. as the width unhides tabs.. text and graphics are good.. no issues with pixelation or bluring of text. the IPS handles it well. all in all. i did alot of research for applications and have no regrets.. typical work involves, docs, spreadsheets, CAD and GIS work.. in spare time graphics editing..

Cheap date

This monitor is very much not worth the price. I just barely tapped the side of mine while i was cleaning my desk one day. Turned on the monitor and it slowly died in front of me. Electronics have absolutely no business being that fragile for that price. Owned it for 3 months before it wouldn’t turn on. The price of the repair is the cost of an entirely new monitor. Never buying LG again.

Crispy IPS Curved Monitor

I bought this monitor for the UWQHD Curved IPS Display. I use it primarily for WFH and stock trading and the image blows my old VA panel out of the water. Not to mention it looks great on my desk.
