A great appliance!

My husband and I just had our washer delivered. We enjoy all of the features of this washer, including the SmartThings app. It allows us to adjust our washer settings from anywhere in our house from our phones. It’s incredibly quiet. It cleans items I didn’t think would get clean, such as a dirty pair of work shoes. Washer will send alerts like when the cycle is done, and it fits very large loads whether it is a week’s work of clothes or towels and blankets. This is a great item to have in your home. Not only does it do everything but it looks fantastic!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Beautiful, quiet and tons of features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had these for a few days now and can honestly say this is the best washer that we have ever owned. The look of these will please anyone as they are just beautiful. I really enjoy the fact that I can use these with the smart things app. I can sync what kind of cycle I want to run before I even go near the machine, changing the temp, soil level, spin speed and what type of fabric I am washing. Then the machine does the rest by sensing how heavy the load is. We also opted to get the 27” pedestal with storage drawer. I am disabled and these make it so much easier for me to use the machine so I don't have to bend down so much, plus they give us a storage drawer to put all our detergent, fabric softener, etc. This machine is also extremely quiet. I don’t even realize that its running most of the time.

Tech lovers DREAM washer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer has a wonderful array of pre-set washing modes for your every need! I have yet to have to rewash anything! I was blown away when I washed my dogs blanket and it came out smelling FRESH and without dog hair! I love that I can pull up the Samsung Smartthings app and apply the washers settings from my phone. This makes it super easy when you want to select custom settings instead of using the washer pre-set modes. The app even notifies my phone when the laundry is done! I also love that there are clearly labeled "max" labels in the detergent drawer. I am also a huge fan of the delay settings- if I don't have time to finish my laundry until the next day I am able to prepare everything and then select delay end of wash; then I set the time that I would like the washer to be done and viola!! No more musty laundry! Our king size comforter fits beautifully in the washer with ROOM TO SPARE! I highly recommend this washer and dryer to everyone, especially if you have pets! The washer and dryer both are doing an incredible job at removing dog hair!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer is very sleek and isn't bulky. It looks like and runs like a premium washer. I love the towel cycle because it has steam added to it to gently wash and steam out the towels. The only drawback to this washer is that it doesn't have a light inside to make sure that you get all the clothes out. It even fit on my other pedastools I had, so that was a major plus. I love how I connect it to smart things and get an alert when it's done, so I can transfer to the dryer. Since the washer itself is relatively quiet except the spin cycle which is to be expected. Overall I would definitely recommend this washer to anyone!

Have option select the heat, spin and time control based on the load and type of material to wash. Simply loving this Vibration Reduction Technology huge difference compared to previous machines. As we do not have much dust using “Super Speed” for our regular laundry.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This set has a nice clean sleek look. It also seems a bit shallower, so it takes up a bit less space. not sure how they did that without losing compacity, but they did. I also love the unique color (blue). I know they can be stacked, but I set my system up as a side by side. Looks great. I like that I can "Super Speed Wash", allowing the cleaning of a full load of laundry in just 28 minutes. I think the Smart Dial looks and functions well. It learns and recommends favorite cycles, so it is easy to control. It says it is coated with an odor-preventing antimicrobial treatment, and that is cool. This unit seems to vibrate less, and be quieter than other washers I have owned. I have used the smart things app before, and it continues to be a great tool. Love the Wi-Fi connectivity. Since I am side by side the ability to control both units from one controller is not a big deal, but if I ever stack that will be a great help for this 5'4" person! Delivery was perfect! A 20-year warranty never hurts either!

Best Washer Available!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the best washer available. Not only does it look spectacular but it performs even better than I expected. The device is compatible with the SmartThings app which adds the ability to control it remotely as well as push notifications that loads are finished and reminders that you left clothes in the washer (yes finally a washer that reminds me that I left clothes in the washer!!). Overall I am so glad I made the change to this new washer. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a top performing washer that looks spectacular in any space!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer was a little difficult to get used to. That is because it it not at all like any other washer I have seen or owned before. The settings on it is digital so very different from what I have seen on other washers. I did have to go through it multiple times to see all the setting it brought as well as to see how good it runs. After getting all that figured out I did find that this Samsung Bespoke Washer is great in all it's features. It looks great and works perfectly without any more difficulties. A definite plus for me is the ability to connect this washer to the SmartThings App. I have the ability to control the washer just at the tip on my fingers. What I also find very useful is the noise reduction of this washer compared to many other washers. I can barely hear the washer running it's cycles. A great washer that does an exceptional job at cleaning my clothes and those of my kids, a great Washer to look at just itself, and some great features added, what more can I ask for. I will definitely recommend this Samsung Bespoke Washer to all my friends and Family.
