Heat out in less that 2 years! Only 1 yr warranty!

Bought new dryer and Heat went out in less than 2 years. Warranties are only 1 year so won’t cover anything.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We'd all like to avoid the dryer not heating up enough to dry our clothes. Let us help you by providing some straightforward advice on how to get the dryer back on track.
Your vent is probably blocked if your dryer is heating, but the clothes are still damp. A blocked vent may also cause your dryer's poor Heat and prolonged operation. Additionally, your moisture sensors might be dirty if your dryer stops working after only a few minutes with drenched clothes. These are just a few of the potential reasons, though.

Please ensure the dryer is not set to ECO DRY, as this mode will lengthen the cycle, possibly up to three times, while reducing the power consumption of some other cycles. Eco Dry is turned on for models that have the feature by default during the Normal and Time Dry cycles.

Dry with the best Tech!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a beautiful, high-tech dryer. There are lots of pre-made drying settings, such as for towels and bedding, and the machine has digital buttons with a total of 19 drying cycles and 14 options that make it feel like a fancy new tech product. It also has 5 temperature settings which works great for sensitive clothes. I think the dryer works super efficiently and effectively. It’s also a lot quieter than my previous one. After drying my towels in the dryer, they were noticeably fluffier than my previous machine. I like how large the drum is with a 7.5cu Capacity, which is great to hold heavy clothing's. I highly recommend this product and would purchase again.

Top of the line results for the top appliances!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had very high expectations for this product as it's one of the top of the line appliances on the market. When I say my expectations were exceeded isn't an overstatement at all! First and foremost they are so premium looking that we've actually received so many compliments on just the way the set presents itself in any laundry room!
We chose to stack the washer and dryer in our space as it's designed to hold a stackable set. I was curious as to the vibration noises and overall loudness that this set would create. This set is surprisingly quiet even when stacked. This is probably my wife and I's favorite feature so far as both machines are very muted in their noise. We've tried multiple settings so far and none have been loud enough for us not to be impressed!
The preset settings we've used so far are the normal, sanitize, and quick wash. Each meeting all expectations as to what they should accomplish and each doing so in a faster manner than our previous washer/dryer sets. The quick wash results felt just as clean as an entire normal wash cycle which was very reassuring. We really enjoy the sanitize feature as we have two small children that are out playing and going to school each day.
I think my favorite feature so far above all others is the fact that I can control nearly every aspect of the entire washer/dryer set from my phone. All the smart features work extremely well. Some of my favorite features include notifications upon completion of a cycle, scheduled presets so I don't have to enter in specific settings over and over, and time remaining on cycles viewable from my phone without walking over to the sets. I didn't realize how big of an impact the smart functionality would create with a washer and dryer set until using them for a few weeks now. It's actually hard to imagine using a washer/dryer set without smart functions now!
To summarize this set can be as complex and customizable, or as plug and play simple as you'd like. You've got all the smart features to maximize all capability, or you've got the simple controls to load clothes and start a load quickly. The set is very quiet, very capable, and produces very clean results. I would definitely recommend this set to any close family member or friend as it has exceeded all of my high expectations!

Beautiful, tech-y set

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was/am so excited to try this set. They are so beautiful. It comes with a lot of cycles and a lot of temps, etc. so I'm not very well versed in using it yet. Upon first glance I was in awe! This set is gorgeous!!! Unfortunately, it's not a deep navy, or maybe it's my lighting, and the color isn't easily seen, which is a bit of a bummer. Another "bad" thing is the instruction manual. I was overwhelmed just looking at it. So far I'm sticking with 1 cycle, which is normal. I do love the black doors. They're opaque, keeping guests from seeing what's inside (but also you can't see either). It isn't as quiet as I thought it would be, but more quiet than my previous set. Overall, I love this set and look forward to learning it.

Super Efficient Dryer

We used to have a 3-year-old gas dryer. In the internet they keep saying that gas ones are more efficient but I disagree. This one is very efficient. It dries the clothes very quickly. It creates a lot less lints compared to the gas one we has. It is very steady and quiet as well. We love its color too. It's capacity is perfect for a family especially if you have a 3-year-old toddler who changes his clothes 4-5 times a day. I usually use my custom dryer but the AI feature automatically optimizes the time and temperature to protect the clothes from heat damage and avoid excessive energy use. AI Smart Dial learns my cycles and it shows it as soon as I turn it which is great. With the SmartThings app that connects to it via Wi-Fi gives me the option for creating your own cycle. It connect with SmartThings very easily and you can download/upload your own cycle right from the app. It also notifies you when the cycle is finished. Our home didn't have the 30A wiring for the dryer. We had to get it done by a contractor. But, considering the efficiency in electricity, quietness, and the clothes coming out of the dryer like new, it has been a great investment and experience so far. I highly recommend it. Thanks Samsung!

It is a beautiful looking dryer with so many smart features. It is very steady and quiet as well. It is very energy efficient since it uses a lot less energy compared to our gas dryer which used to take at least 30-45 minutes long to dry all the clothes without any damps. Its AI feature automatically optimizes the time and temperature to protect the clothes from heat damage and avoid excessive energy use. This is extremely important because we had many shrinking and fabric damage issues with our previous dryers.
Its 7.5 cu capacity is perfect for any size of family. We have a toddler who changes his clothes 4-5 days a day. Its quick and super dry cycles allows us to wash and dry his favorites clothes in an hour total.
As a tech geek, I appreciate it easily connecting to SmartThings app, allowing us to create our own custom cycles and being notified about cycle progress and any issues.
Thanks to Samsung with bringing new AI features and making a lot more energy efficient dryer!
