These are competitively-priced business laptops with good build quality, decent monitors, powerful AMD processors with strong Vega integrated graphics, low weight, good battery life, and a mix of USB-A and USB-C ports. Most SKU's have new Realtek Wi-Fi 6 chips, which is a nice upgrade from the Realtek Wi-Fi 5 chips in the G7 models that seemed to have a hardware flaw, causing them to be buggy. Most SKU's also have backlit, spill-resistant keyboards, which is a nice touch at this price point and considering they aren't the step-up EliteBook models. This particular SKU (or P/N as HP calls it) has these features.
This laptop is incredibly fast in its speed from start up through shut down. Programs that dragged on my old (different brand) laptop are markedly faster making my work, and down time, much more efficient and less stressful. Thanks, HP, for always providing great laptops!
Great so far--But one thing I do not like is the backlit keyboard turns off and at night in the dark I can't see the keys before I have to hit a key to light it up. Kinda frustrating.
