The ProBook is well designed except the single USB C port is taken up by the power input - this is baffling when there is a regular power supply input port available (and unused). Seems somewhat customer unfriendly.

I bought end Nov and all good till it froze a week ago. HP support decided its a hardware problem and its in Poland getting fixed on warranty. We shall see but I remain optimistic. Good service.

All-round, a good quality product

I think the problem in buying a computer online, you cannot really see how it styled, this model has quite sharp edges which can scratch surfaces if put down on them incorrectly. I like the way the camera unlocks the computer when it sees my face, great idea. I wish the fingerprint mechanism could be made more useful rather than another way of unlocking the computer. All-round I would say it’s a nice piece of kit.
