Poor quality control/design.

The first one Abt installed had to be replaced because of a bent lower panel.
On the second one they installed the two aluminum air filters on the bottom consistently fall out when the door is closed.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Worst microwave I’ve had

Buttons are very difficult to push and locate on touch pad. I have to press very hard to activate an option. It is not as powerful as my last microwave that was at least 10 years old. I didn’t realize this until I noticed right away that food was not heating as I was used to with the old one.I always need to keep heating after pkg directions time listed. The old one was Kenmore and much better all the way around. We definitely regret this purchase.

I would not recommend this microwave. We have only had it since March 22, 2024. We microwaved two bowls of soup, back to back. The fan went on and wouldn't go off. We had to unplug the microwave and the plug was hot, which was concerning.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We'd like to assist you with your microwave. This unit offers an automatic fan feature. This feature protects the microwave from too much heat rising from the cooktop below it. It automatically turns on at low speed if it senses too much heat.

If you have turned the fan on you may find that you cannot turn it off. The fan will automatically turn off when the internal parts are cool. It may stay on for 30 minutes or more after the cooktop and microwave controls are turned off.

Missed the mark on one detail.

My only real complaint about the microwave is the key pad. It feels cheap compared to other Cafe products. It’s not very sensitive and feels like eventually the ‘buttons’ will break down over time.

No to my liking

Purchased this microwave and thought it was a good choice but the light over the stove isn’t bright enough and the fan doesn’t take the steam away from the front burners on the stove. The side panel is hard to read in the dark so I have to use a flashlight to see the panel.
