Overall the concept of the device triggered to children is great.
Charger takes quite some time to initiate good contact to actually charge - most times it just doesn't charge.
Find my Spacetalk function does not work - have tried multiple times without success.

I gifted spacetalk watch to my daughter on her 9th birthday. Not only her, but we are also in love with this watch. She is always connected with us.
I love its GPS tracking ability. Highly recommend.
Only drawback is that it’s not waterproof.

This device has been very helpful in allowing my son to feel more confident when he needs to venture out on his own. While this seems like a small thing to him it is huge. The device is easy to use and set up.

I bought the Spacetalk Life for my mum. She is still very active but started to worry that if she fell she wouldn't be able to call for help. I searched high and low and the Spacetalk Life was the only one that seemed to meet our needs. Too many personal alarms only have the option to go back to a monitoring station instead of a family member. I found many were also too complicated for elderly people to use. Living in a mountain, I also needed something that would have a reliable signal. The only things I would like to see is there be an option for emergency contacts to be called one after the other, if there is no reply rather than all at once and for there to be a Bluetooth option that is compatible with hearing aids. While the talking function is good it still is not suitable for some people with hearing disabilities. A bluetooth option for hearing aids would have solved further issues for our family. Having said all that, this is a brilliant product. A week after I purchased it, mum had a very nasty fall. I was able to find her and help her in under 5mins. It has already paid for itself. I have already recommended it to 4 other people who have gone on to purchase one for their relatives.

The watch is sturdy and easy to wear. We haven't had a proper opportunity to try out the GPS yet but looking forward to learning how to. Hope then I can give 5stars!

Taj's security for Nanna

I purchased the watch for my grandson Taj he wanted one for a while ,also his safety so i know where he is at all times he loves it , I let him go riding with his friend the day he got it, he got too hot and took it off and put it on a seat at the park ,talking to his little friend he rode off and forgot it at the park. We went back looking EVERYWHERE for 40mins but someone picked it up, I put a plea on our local page but nothing. Anyway it was a lovely watch. I'll save for Christmas for another one.
