Great value for money and piece of mind

Purchased this for my 11 year old son. Is easy to set up and use and pretty accurate on its tracking. Only cost is the My Tribe app but well worth the money

Great watch/phone that allows my small person to contact us whenever she needs too.
Excellent speaker/voice... a little tricky to navigate texting and a bit hard to actually put on - the clasp could do with reconfiguring. Overall a great product that does what it says on the box!

Peace of mind

It's great having the ability to track one's child; to know that they are safe and where they should be. My child love have the ability to stay in touch with those that we allow her to, which is very appropriate for her age. It also means she's not asking for a phone and all the social media worries that goes with that.

Great idea - terrible battery

- customer service good. talked us through a reset when battery only lasted 3 hours.

- extremely short battery life. Should last 8-10 hours if screen is dark (used indoors). We get an Average of 6 hours.
- unable to save reward tasks (‘make your bed’ etc must be rewritten daily on parent phone).

Love that I can keep in touch with my 10 year old however the location is never 100% correct which I don’t like
