No replacement of defective unit after 8 calls

I ordered 3 laptops in September 2022 and one of them is defective. The cursor disappear constantly from the screen and there is an issue with the network card which loose the internet and the laptop must be restarted every time. I called Lenovo in September (in 30 day period) and they send us an email for the replacement but it is indicate that we have to wait for the new laptop before sending it back. After a month, we called Lenovo, and they canceled the replacement by error. They say that they are very sorry and they will replace it. My wife spent 8 hours on the phone with Lenovo in 5 different calls. Even if they say each time that they will replace it, no email to confirm anything. I decided to call Lenovo to help my wife at the beggining of December 2022. I asked for an email, to contact the person directly instead of spending hours on the phone. Since no replacement, I sent an email but no answer 3 weeks after. My last call was end of December, after a discussion with a supervisor, the person sent me an email that indicate that I’ll get a replacement in 24-48 hours. Still no email 2 week after. I sent a message to the person and no answer. I’ve used Lenovo for 20 years and I’ve recommended the laptops to all friends. The problem to get support form Lenovo is a sign that the company do not care about their customer. I’ll will never recommend that company anymore for that reason.
