My old Dell laptop had much better sound. When you look for reviews on Lenova ThinkBook, you will see this is a common complaint.
If they improved the sound, I'd have the highest rating - but if Lenova's best seller has a common problem, they should fix it.

I thought Microsoft Office was included. Nope. I get to spend more. Yeah! The computer feels slick but I get pinged about constant updates. I get it but I just want a quiet no extra pings computer.

The laptop itself, functionality is great, but it overheats even if you do not have the vents covered, having trouble software wise when it comes to connecting to some wifi spots.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
