Great value laptop, with low heat signature

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very nice laptop, useful touchscreen with a good keypad and tracker. Quality materials at a good price. What I like most was all the CPU options and good pricing.
I went with the AMD Ryzen 7 5825U with Radeon Graphics for it's lower heat signature over the Intel core i5 1235u, which is the same price and performance numbers. For a laptop, especially a thin 14" model like this, heat is everything. Definitely the right choice. I use this computer heavily with many apps, windows and videos running. But it stays cool and never throttles.
My only mistake was to buy separate wireless mouse a keyboard. They work great but the receivers occupy two ports. Buy a mouse and keyboard set to avoid this.
Overall, it's stylish, well built, lightweight, fast booting, runs heavy loads and video and streaming flawlessly. A great value at around $850.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought a laptop and on the page it indicates a different date than the one they deliver and they DO NOT return my money, they told me that they would deliver it on 09/02/2023 LENOVO changed me and delivered in July, and I need it for February and I They also do not indicate that they CANNOT return my money and give me the laptop. and I will leave the country
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Lot of Issues Popping Up

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Laptop started off fine, but have run into several issues since.
-crashes and can be slow at times. I don't know why this is happening as I don't do much on the laptop other than surf the web and stream.
-some issues with the audio drivers. The mic I have produces really quiet sound compared to other laptops.
-fingerprint reader stops working every few days so have to reset the biometrics to get it to work again.
-kept disconnecting from wifi. Their tech support had to come out and replace the wifi card which seems to have solved the issue.
I had a Yoga prior to this, but after 3 years, that one now keeps getting blue screens. Not a lot of confidence being inspired by these Lenovo products.
