[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased the X13 specifically to have something lighter than my 14inch T14. This one does the job. Like others have mentioned, the body of this laptop gets scorching hot, but my solution to that is don't sit it on your lap. I did not realize that this version came equipped with a touch screen. While I ordinarily would not have a use for that feature, it's kind of cool I guess. I do love that this compact machine seems to pack a lot of power.

It’s fast to turn on, super easy to navigate around, and appears to be pretty darn tough. Battery lasts quite a while, but not sure if it’s as long as they say on the website. Other than that, it’s great! Super happy

Low quality product, low quality service

I have with Lenovo thinkpad laptop for more than 8 years. My last laptop was a thinkpad T and it was working pretty good for 8 years. This year I decided to upgrade it and bought the X13 Gen 2 series. To my disappointment this new product never reaches the quality level as my older one. In less than a year, it has been black screened one time, and having the charging cable not working. Submitted ticket for help and specified the part not working. To my surprise the support team was doing nothing but saying need the entire unit and suggested me to purchase the replacement part. I can't imagine the Lenovo team can't handle such a easy fix which was caused by the defect quality. I am totally disappointed to the brand and suggest everyone to stay away from this series, and the support team.
